What happens after you submit?
If we think your story might be a good fit for Left Field, we’ll request a full manuscript. We receive a ton of submissions, and while we aim to respond personally to each one, that’s not always possible. Thanks for your grace and patience.
Will the review team provide personalized feedback on rejections?
We’ll try to do so! It’s not uncommon for aspiring authors to tell us that our rejection email was the most helpful they’ve ever received. If we can provide suggestions on how to make your story stronger, we will!
